The recent events in the State of Montana and our country, concerning our response to Covid-19, have shown us the great talents and humanity in our community. I am so proud and humbled to say that I am part of Great Falls and Great Falls Public Schools. As we navigate our new challenges together, I want to remind all of us to do our part to communicate with each other, care for each other, share our concerns, and stay safe. Collectively, we will continue to learn and thrive in ways that two weeks ago were foreign to many of us. To everyone who “leaned in” when work and support was needed, thank you. We cannot solve this issue, protect our community, or problem solve, unilaterally.
Members of your educational community are here to support you by adding their strengths and talents to a new personalized experience. We are only as good as our ability to communicate. Please reach out to us with questions and concerns. Together Great Falls can accomplish great things, even when we are not face-to-face. Stay safe and well, Heather Hoyer, Assistant Superintendent of Secondary |
